Megan has decided that having her picture taken is unacceptable, so in order to get a picture of her smiling and looking at the camera I have to run around the house and wait around a corner for her to catch her by surprise. Where did my smiling, adorable little girl go? Oh, that's right she is almost 2 now. That explains everything.
